Wilt Chamberlain (61-62)
Wilt Chamberlain changed the game. Not just the way it was played, but the rules. In high school when Wilt shot free throws he would throw the ball off the backboard take 2 steps then dunk the ball. Thats what provoked the NCAA and NBA to disallow this in anticipation of Wilt's arrival.
